How to Return an Item
All purchases are made through eBay or Amazon, so returns are handled through those platforms using their standard buyer protection process.
- eBay purchases: Go to My eBay → Purchase History → find the item → Request Return.
- Amazon purchases: Go to Your Orders → find the item → Return or Replace Items.
