Buying & Orders

Where do I actually buy the laptop?
All purchases are made directly on eBay or Amazon. Click "View on eBay" or "View on Amazon" on any listing and you'll be taken to our official store page on that platform to complete the purchase with full buyer protection.
Are these laptops new?
No — our inventory is certified refurbished. Every device has been previously used, thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested before listing. Grade A+ items are near-perfect; Grade A have minor signs of use; Grade B are fully functional with visible cosmetic wear.
Do the laptops come with Windows installed?
Yes. All Windows laptops come with a licensed copy of Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and activated as noted in each listing.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?

Shipping & Delivery

How fast do you ship?
Orders placed by noon EST ship the same day from our Buford, GA warehouse. Amazon Prime orders typically arrive within 2 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is included on most orders. Amazon FBA items are Prime eligible. Check individual listings for specifics.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only through our eBay and Amazon storefronts.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Returns are processed through eBay or Amazon's standard return process. See our Returns Policy for details.
What if my laptop arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@vertexpc.com or open a case directly with eBay or Amazon. We'll make it right — either a replacement or full refund.
